The Chillicothe Police Department reports the arrest of two Chillicothe men Monday.
A well-being check on a juvenile female in the 900 block of Frederick Monday morning lead to the arrest of Ronald Williams for first-degree child endangerment as well as possession of fewer than 35 grams of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. His bond was established at $2,500.
The police department reports officers responded to a report of an intoxicated male walking in the middle of the street in the area of Samuel and Frederick Monday morning. Officers arrested Kyle Burton for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and bond was set at $1,000.
Williams and Burton were transported to and processed at the Chillicothe Police Department before being transferred to the Daviess-Dekalb Regional Jail.
