The Mercer County Fire Protection District responded to a report of a barn fire south of Princeton on Jasmine Road Wednesday.
The fire protection district reports crews found a hangar-style shed with thick black smoke coming from the roof. A neighbor had closed the main doors to keep the fire from spreading to nearby plastic fuel cans.
Upon arrival, firefighters used an interior attack to extinguish the fire.
