The Highway Patrol investigated an injury accident Monday afternoon at 1:40 pm in the parking lot of an Albany business. (Dollar General Store)
Fifty-one-year-old Deanna Hurkman of Albany had attempted to park her car but had left the gear in reverse as she attempted to exit. The car began to roll and ran over her ankle. The car rolled across Highway 136 before a witness could enter the vehicle and bring it to a stop.
Hurkman received moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to the Northwest Medical Center of Albany.
