2 Trenton men face charges in Grundy County

A 46-year old Trenton man, Jeffrey Hanna, has been charged in Grundy County with misdemeanor third-degree domestic assault and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia.

Hanna is accused in the domestic assault charge of hitting an unnamed person in the mouth multiple times and is accused, in the drug paraphernalia possession charge, of possessing a pipe with intent to use it to introduce a controlled substance into the body.

He was being held in the Grundy County Detention Center on $5,000 cash only bond and is scheduled to appear October 11th in Associate Division of Grundy County circuit court.

29-year old Clifford Neff of Trenton has been charged in Grundy County with driving while suspended with prior convictions.

The charge said Neff was convicted of driving while suspended in April of this year and in 2006, both in Grundy County and in 2008 in Clay County.

Neff was being held in the Grundy County Detention Center on $5,000 cash or corporate surety bond and is to appear in Associate Division of Grundy County circuit court October 11th.
