Requests were approved regarding a property at 1712 Harris Avenue at Trenton Board of Adjustments and Planning and Zoning Commission hearings Monday night.

Trenton Deputy City Clerk Tracy Maberry reports no further action is needed on the City’s request to the Board of Adjustments, which involved a 30-foot variance on the required 20-foot height requirement on accessory structures to allow for a fire training facility.

Maberry says the City’s request to the Planning and Zoning Commission will move on to the city council Monday, May 13th.

That request involved a rezone of the north parcel of property from Multi-Family to General Commercial to be compliant with the City’s future use of the property at 1712 Harris Avenue.
