Probation has been suspended for a Trenton man, 32-year-old Timothy Ray Harding after he allegedly failed to appear for a hearing during the February 9 session of the Grundy County Circuit Court.
Harding was arrested on Friday on the warrant accusing him of failure to appear with bond set at $15,000 cash only.
He is now scheduled to appear March 16 in Division One of the Circuit Court.
Harding has been on probation after pleading guilty to felony charges that stemmed from the theft of a dozen rifles and possession of burglary tools in February 2015.
