A power outage this morning affected some customers of Trenton Municipal Utilities along and near the railroad tracks through Trenton.
That’s according to City Administrator and Utility Director Ron Urton who reported an insulator went bad at a substation by the GFG main office which tripped a breaker.
TMU crews replaced the insulator, reset the breaker, and restored electrical service.
Power was off from one to one and a half hours for affected customers.
