The Trenton Finance Committee and City Council will meet at the Trenton City Hall and via the web application Zoom Thursday.

The Finance Committee will discuss the 2020-2021 budget at 5:30 that evening.

The City Council will consider the approval of ordinances at 7 o’clock regarding a property at 1840 East 28th Street and work orders.

One ordinance would grant a conditional use permit to Orscheln Property Management, in care of Crocket Engineering, to allow for a street, landscaping, parking lot, storm drainage, water extension, and electric extension at 1840 East 28th Street, and another would approve the final plat on that property.

Other ordinances would approve work orders with Howe Company, LLC for repairs around the raw water intake and seven areas near the city lagoons and for an update to the current owner supervised plan for water system improvements.

Other items on the agenda include considering approval of mowing, diesel engine oil, and force main repair bids.
