The Trenton Board of Adjustments will hear a request from Gilbert Lynn McVay next month for several variances to allow for the construction of a garage and a storage building at 1721 East Second Street.
The hearing will be held at the Trenton City Hall the night of May 7th at 7 o’clock.
McVay is requesting variances on the front yard setback requirement, the maximum area of an accessory structure, and the maximum height requirement.
