The Spickard Board of Aldermen took action on February 13th involving the new city clerk.
Approval was given to removing former city clerk Amy Chapman from the signature card and adding new city clerk Rebecca King. Mayor Alan Tharp and Board Member Maggie George will be left on the card.
The board approved removing Chapman from the bond and adding King.
