Multiple activities will be held at the Putnam County Fair in Unionville today.
Open flower entries will be accepted from 7:30 this morning until 6 o’clock this evening.
Open crops and vegetables, as well as open food and home economics entries, will be accepted from 8:30 this morning until 7 o’clock tonight. The 4-H cat show will be at 9 o’clock this morning, and the 4-H dog show will start at 10 o’clock. Fine arts and pictures can be entered from 10 o’clock until 6 o’clock this evening.
4-H and FFA Building Exhibits can be entered from 1:30 this afternoon until 7 o’clock tonight.
The Putnam County R-1 band will perform on stage at 2 o’clock this afternoon and the Unionville Cheer Explosion will perform at 2:45. The fair queen contest begins at 3:30, and the coronation will be at 6:30. 4-H rabbit and poultry judging begins at 4 o’clock. Carnival Arm Band Night goes from 5 until 10 o’clock.
The Clover Kids’ livestock show starts at 6 o’clock, and all livestock should be in barns by 6 o’clock. Livestock weigh-in runs from 6 to 8 o’clock tonight.
Mutton busting will be at 7 o’clock, kids games start at 7:30, a bull buckout begins at 8 o’clock and the 4-H royalty coronation will be at 8:30.
