Missouri State Fair livestock exhibitors interested in camping can begin to submit their camping reservations starting at 9 a.m. on May 1. Reservations can be made through an online portal or by submitting a downloadable and printable form, both of which are accessible on the Fair’s website. Exhibitors should opt for either the online reservation request system or fax the completed paper form.

Online Reservation System Details:

The online portal will be activated on the Fair’s website at 9 a.m. on May 1 for the submission of livestock exhibitor camping requests. Please note that payment will not be collected through the online system initially. Once a reservation is accepted, an email with payment instructions will be sent to the address provided upon registration. Payment will only be processed once the reservation is confirmed.

Fax Submission Instructions:

The downloadable and printable form will also be available on the Fair’s website starting at 9 a.m. on May 1. This form must be completed in full, including payment information, and faxed to the Fair’s office. To avoid technical issues, please fax the form only once. Multiple submissions can lead to fax machine jams and potential multiple payments being processed inadvertently.

Be aware that no camping forms will be distributed or accepted on-site. All camping reservation requests must be made through the online portal or via fax. The State Fair website often experiences high traffic volumes on the morning the livestock exhibitor camping system launches. Our staff, along with our webmaster and site host, work diligently to manage the influx of users. We appreciate your patience and understanding in case of any delays.

If you have any questions regarding the status of your reservation after submission, please contact us at [email protected]. Reserved livestock exhibitor campsites will open on Sunday, Aug. 4, and are exclusively available to livestock exhibitors and persons with disabilities.
