The highway patrol reports minor injuries for a Milan resident when the pickup he was driving ran off Highway 6, struck a tree, and overturned late Thursday night two miles west of Novinger.
The patrol reports 36-year-old Rick Banner of Milan was treated at the scene by Adair County emergency medical services. The report indicates he was not using a seat belt.
The pickup was extensively damaged.
The highway patrol was assisted by the Adair county sheriff’s office and Adair county rural fire department.
