The Highway Patrol reports the arrest of a Chillicothe woman in Livingston County just after midnight on four allegations.
The Patrol accused 27-year-old Whitney Rinehart of driving while intoxicated, exceeding the posted speed limit, failure to drive on the right side of the road when the road was of sufficient width, and no seat belt.
She was transported to the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office and then released.
