Hamilton man life-flighted to hospital after being pinned against skid steer loader

An accident on private property in rural Caldwell County has hospitalized a Hamilton man.

54-year-old Jeffrey Dalton was injured when he was on foot and got pinned against a skid steer loader as his pickup rolled downhill. He was flown by a medical helicopter (Life Flight Eagle) to the Truman Medical Center with serious injuries.

The accident at 2:40 Wednesday afternoon was in a field off Caldwell County Route B, five miles to the southeast of Hamilton.
