Galt Board of Aldermen set tax rate

The Galt Board of Aldermen set the city’s tax levy at a hearing this week.

The levy was set at $1.00 per $100 of assessed valuation for general revenue. The 2020 rate is the same as in 2019.

Jennifer was born and raised in St. Joseph, Missouri. She received a Bachelor of Science in Mass Media: Broadcast Production with an Emphasis in Audio Production from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville.
