An early morning crash on Highway 36, two miles west of Stewartsville, Missouri, resulted in moderate injuries for a Texas man yesterday. The accident involved a 2022 Freightliner truck, which was severely damaged and subsequently towed from the scene.

Anthony Hill, 29, of El Paso, Texas, was driving westbound when his truck veered off the southern side of the highway. The Freightliner struck a guardrail before coming to a halt, facing west, on its wheels. Hill was wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.

Following the crash, Hill was transported by DeKalb/Clinton EMS to Mosaic for treatment of his injuries.
