The Missouri State Fire Marshall’s Office released an official report regarding the investigation of the May 20th fire at the Lakeview Inn in Trenton on Friday.
Fire Chief Brandon Gibler says the report lists the cause of the fire as undetermined due to the extent of the damage. The fire destroyed the largest portion of the rooms at the motel.
Perkins and Sons have been contracted to do demolition work on the motel and are in the process of demolition and removal of the debris.
