The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the extradition of a Chillicothe woman from the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail to Grundy County on a felony charge of passing a bad check.
Bond for 24-year-old Bailey Souders is $1,100 and she is scheduled for the Associate Division of Grundy County Circuit Court Tuesday.
Court documents accuse Souders of passing a check for $680, drawn upon the Investors Community Bank, payable to the Trenton Money Store knowing it would not be paid.
