The Chillicothe City Council approved several actions this week.
R. J. (Roger) Cain was hired as a full-time street maintenance work on a split vote. Council members Tom Ashbrook, Wayne Cunningham, and Pam Jarding voted for the hiring. Council members Denny Albertson and Michael Smith voted against it.
Alan Head was promoted as street foreman on a vote of five to zero.
Street Maintenance Worker Jason Arth’s employment was terminated on a vote of five to zero.
