Livingston County Public Water Supply District Four has issued a precautionary boil advisory for water customers throughout the district.
The boil advisory for drinking and cooking water is effective until further notice.
The advisory was caused by a pump failure resulting in an outage. Efforts were being made for pump repairs or, if necessary, replacement.
