Livingston County Sheriff Steve Cox reports that an investigation on a possible financial exploitation/stealing case, which lasted several weeks, resulted in the arrest of a Utica woman Tuesday.
Fifty-seven-year-old Susan Elaine Mobley was arrested on a Livingston County arrest warrant for the alleged felony of stealing.
Mobley posted her $10,000 bond and was released pending a court appearance.
