Three felony arrests, on unrelated cases, are in today’s report from the Grundy County sheriff’s office.
Rural Trenton teenager, 17-year-old Jeremiah Clayton Lovell, is charged with tampering with a motor vehicle November 3. Court information says he is accused of unlawfully operating, without consent, a Honda TRX 450 all-terrain vehicle owned by Jeremy Lovell.
48-year-old Carl Woodson May of Trenton has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, listed as methamphetamine on November 4.
52-year-old Terry Lee Duncan of Spickard is charged with unlawful possession of a Colt 357 firearm October 22. Duncan is listed in the court information as a convicted felon who, by state law, is prohibited from having a firearm in his possession.
Each of the three defendants has a $15,000 bond and are scheduled to appear Tuesday, November 8 in Associate Division of Grundy County circuit court.
