The Trenton Planning and Zoning Commission on June 6th unanimously approved a request for a minor subdivision at 3704 Serendipity Lane.
The request was from Jacob Webb, who was not present.
Building Inspector Wes Barone says residents on Serendipity Lane discussed concerns about how the minor subdivision would affect the road.
