Trenton Building Inspector Wes Barone reports there were 33 inspections from January 6th to February 6th. Fifteen of those inspections were for new construction. There were also seven rental, six right-of-way, and five pre-permit.
There were 13 permit applications. Five were building, five were right-of-way, and three were occupational.
The building inspector’s report shows 12 nuisance calls or inspections, 10 zoning issues or notices, and five cases in court.
