Three students from northern Missouri have been selected to lead the Missouri Future Farmers of America (FFA) officer team for the 2024-25 term.

Mikaela Rojas, a student from Linn County R-1 in Purdin, was appointed as the First Vice President of the FFA state organization yesterday. Rojas, who was nominated from FFA Area Three, is the first student from Linn County school to serve as a state officer for the FFA.

Andi Belt from North Shelby High School will serve as the President, while Gavin Rhode from East Buchanan High School has been appointed Secretary. This year, the Missouri FFA officer team comprises 16 members, with 13 serving as vice presidents, including Kennedy Heil from Norborne. The team is set to lead the organization until the Missouri FFA Convention in April 2025.

Missouri FFA supports over 26,800 members statewide, fostering leadership and growth in agricultural education.
