Man drowns at Long Branch Lake in Macon County
A 30-year-old Springfield man, Matthew Metz, drowned late Thursday night at Long Branch Lake in Macon County. The highway patrol reports Metz went swimming, submerged, and did not resurface. The drowning was near the Long Branch Campground.
Mercer ATV accident results in DWI arrest
