A traffic accident at 5:30 Monday morning in eastern Sullivan County injures a Kirksville resident.
The highway patrol listed injuries as minor for 28-year-old Patrick Vangu of Kirksville and the report indicates he was treated by ambulance personnel and released at the scene.
The patrol reports the westbound vehicle slid off the south side of Highway 6 and overturned onto its top. Damage was extensive in the accident on the west side of Green Castle.
The report noted Vangu was wearing a seat belt.
