Mark Inglett, Strategic Communications Manager at the United States Postal Service, reports that an issue preventing Humphreys residents from receiving their mail has been resolved. The problem involved processing and transportation complications.

It was initially reported that a transportation issue was resolved last week, however, KTTN was informed that as of April 16, Humphreys residents were still not receiving first-class mail.

Inglett confirms that all mail has been accounted for and began being delivered on April 17. He notes that mail delivery is now up to date.

There have been no changes to the route structure; mail for Humphreys will continue to be processed through Galt.

Inglett apologizes for any inconvenience experienced by customers and expresses gratitude for their patience.

He emphasizes that the Postal Service actively addresses any specific issues brought to its attention by the community. He encourages customers to contact their local postal station for any concerns.
