The Grundy County Sheriff’s Department reports one arrest as well as one transfer.
Forty-one-year-old Stephanie Erica Ricketson of Saint Joseph was arrested Saturday and charged with felony possession of a controlled substance. Bond is $15,000 cash only, and she is scheduled for the Associate Division of circuit court November 27th.
Court documents accuse Ricketson of possessing methamphetamine.
Thirty-eight-year-old Robert Lee Sharp of Trenton was picked up from the Western Reception Diagnostic Correctional Center of Saint Joseph on a writ for court. He has been charged with three felony counts of non-support with total arrears in excess of 12 monthly payments due under an order of support. Bond is $7,500 and he was scheduled for the Associate Division of circuit court Tuesday, November 13.
Court documents accuse Sharp of failing to provide adequate support for his minor child for whom he was legally obligated to provide such support without good cause, with total arrearage on the three counts of $6,870.50.
