Gallatin woman hurt in crash southwest of Cameron on Route A

The highway patrol reports a Gallatin woman was injured when her car swerved to miss a dog, traveled off Clinton County Route A, and struck a fence post.

The accident yesterday afternoon was about three miles southwest of Cameron.

45-year-old Teresa Pummill of Gallatin, according to the patrol, was taken by an ambulance to the Cameron Regional Medical Center with minor injuries.

She was not using a safety device according to the accident report.

Damage was moderate to the car.
