FCS Financial is recognizing fifty 4-H clubs and FFA chapters with $500 grants for submitting Shaping Rural Missouri grant applications.
Two grants are for groups from this area:
Newtown Community 4-H Club (Sullivan County) – Ballpark & Community Center Renovations
Carroll County 4-H Club & Carrollton FFA Chapter (Carroll County) – Sun Blocker Flat Top Shade Cloth
In the five years of its existence, more than $77,000 has been awarded to Missouri 4-H clubs and FFA chapters. Grants are awarded to organizations with plans to complete a community improvement project by the end of the year.
FCS financial serves 100 counties in Missouri through 21 offices – one of which is in Chillicothe.
