The investigation continues after a court process service at Utica by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office resulted in a drug seizure and arrest. Sheriff Steve Cox says an officer found the person to be served in a shed.

The service changed to investigative, and officers reportedly seized more than a felony amount of high-grade marijuana from Colorado, other THC items from Colorado, methamphetamine drug paraphernalia and other drug paraphernalia, and a small quantity of methamphetamine.

Officers arrested 50-year-old Lyall Duane Gramenz of Utica on various drug violations. After serving the court process, he was processed and released pending formal charges being filed.
