A Unionville resident’s steer was named the Grand Champion Market Steer at the Missouri State Fair in Sedalia.
Katelyn Gillum’s Grand Champion Market steer weighed 1,355 pounds. Gillum will sell her steer in the Missouri State Fair Sale of Champions Saturday.
She is a member of the Putnam County FFA Chapter and is the daughter of Brad Gillum and Lori O’Reilly.
