The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Trenton woman Wednesday on a felony charge of stealing, fourth or subsequent offense within 10 years.
Thirty-three year old Brooke Nicole Marriott’s bond is $5,000 cash only, and she is scheduled for the Associate Division of circuit court November 13th.
Court documents accuse Marriott of appropriating a black Bissell vacuum cleaner owned by Ross Wilson without consent and with the purpose to deprive him thereof. Marriott has previously pleaded guilty or been found guilty on three stealing offenses on three separate occasions within 10 years of the present offense.
