The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Trenton woman Monday on drug-related felony charges.
Thirty-year-old Kelsey Lea McCaughey has been charged with possession of a controlled substance, except 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, amphetamine or methamphetamine.
Bond is $2,500 cash only, and she is scheduled for the Associate Division of Circuit Court March 24th.
Court documents accuse McCaughey of possessing methamphetamine as well as a glass smoking pipe with intent to use it to ingest, inhale, and otherwise introduce a controlled substance into the body.
