In a recent development, Brett Woolsey, a 29-year-old resident of Trenton, Missouri, was arrested by law enforcement authorities in Adair County on Saturday. Woolsey is currently facing a probation violation accusation and is expected to be returned to Grundy County on Monday, where he will be held in lieu of a $15,000 bond.

Woolsey’s legal troubles stem from charges filed against him in March 2023, involving the fraudulent use of a credit or debit device and one count of stealing. After pleading guilty to both counts in January, Woolsey received a prison sentence which was subsequently suspended in favor of probation.

The case is scheduled for a hearing on April 11th in division one of the Grundy County Circuit Court, where Woolsey will appear before the judiciary to address the accusations against him.
