Teen driver from Ewing injured in rollover crash on Route A

In a single-vehicle accident that occurred on Route A, one mile south of Hester, a 17-year-old driver from Ewing, Missouri, sustained minor injuries when his 2006 Honda Accord ran off the right side of the road and overturned. The crash took place on March 17, 2024, at approximately 3:53 p.m.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported that the Honda Accord suffered extensive damage and was towed from the scene by Robert’s Garage. The young driver, whose name has been withheld due to his juvenile status, was wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident.

Following the crash, the injured teenager was transported by private vehicle to Blessing Hospital for treatment of his injuries. 

The accident prompted responses from several local emergency services, including the Marion County Sheriff’s Department, Marion County Ambulance, Ewing Fire Department, and Conservation Agent Clever.
