A Sumner man was injured yesterday when, according to the highway patrol, he lost control of a pickup he was driving and it overturned in the driveway of a private residence in rural Linn County.
The patrol said 53-year-old Charles Kaye was flown to University Medical Center in Columbia with moderate injuries from the accident which happened just past 12 noon Thursday, off Highway 130, four and a half miles south of Laclede.
The truck received moderate damage. The report indicated Kaye was not using a seat belt.
