The following is a listing of general highway maintenance and construction work in the Northwest Missouri region planned for the week of June 20 – 26 from the Missouri Department of Transportation.

In addition to the work listed below, there may be pothole patching, bridge deck washing, striping, brush cutting, guardrail repairs and other road work conducted throughout the region. Many of these will be moving operations and could include lane closures with delays.

Andrew County

Route 48 – CLOSED at the Platte River Bridge near Whitesville for a bridge replacement project. The road will be closed through mid-November.

Interstate 29 – NIGHT WORK southbound from Business U.S. Route 71 to Route O (Buchanan County) for a resurfacing project, June 20 – 24 from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. This does include a 15-foot width restriction.

I-29 – Striping, June 20 – 24

Route 48 – From Route M to U.S. Route 169 (Gentry County) for shoulder work, June 22 – 24

Atchison County

Route B – Pothole patching, June 20 – 24

Buchanan County

I-29 – NIGHT WORK southbound from Business U.S. Route 71 (Andrew County) to Route O for a resurfacing project, June 20 – 24 from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. This will include a 15-foot width restriction.

I-229 and U.S. Route 36 – Sweeping and flushing bridges, June 20 – 23

I-229 – Pavement repair, June 20 – 23

U.S. Route 36 – At the Platte River Bridge for bridge maintenance, June 20 – 24

Route YY – At the Mitchell Road and Belt Highway intersection for pavement repair, June 20 – 24

Route 116 – CLOSED from Route M to 56th Street for a culvert replacement, June 21, 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

33rd Street Bridge over U.S. Route 36 for bridge maintenance on June 21 – 23 and includes overnight lane closures.

I-29 – At the southbound U.S. Route 169 (Exit 50) on and off ramps; CLOSED for a resurfacing project on June 22nd from 4 p.m. to 4 a.m.

I-29 – At the southbound Route 6 on and off ramps; CLOSED for a resurfacing project on June 22nd from 10:30 p.m. to 6 a.m.

I-29 – Southbound I-29 at the Westbound U.S. Route 36 off ramp; CLOSED for a resurfacing project on June 23rd from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m.

I-29 – Northbound I-29 at the Westbound U.S. Route 36 to Southbound I-29 ramp; CLOSED for a resurfacing project on June 23rd from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Carroll County

Routes A and B – Pothole patching, June 20 – 23

Route D – From Route C to U.S. Route 36 (Livingston County) for pothole patching, June 22 – 24

U.S. Route 65 – From Route M to County Road 180 for drainage work, June 23 – 24

Chariton County

Route 11 – Pothole patching, June 20 – 24

Route E – Pothole patching on June 21

Route JJ – Pothole patching on June 22

Route E – At the Yellow Creek Bridge for bridge maintenance, June 22 – 23

Route TT – At the Turkey Creek Bridge for bridge maintenance, June 24

Daviess County

I-35 – Striping, June 20 – 24

DeKalb County

I-35 – At mile marker 48 near the Brushy Creek Bridge to mile marker 54 near the Cameron exit ramp for pavement repair, June 20 – 24 with an overnight lane closure.

Gentry County

Route C – CLOSED at the Weldon Branch Bridge; bridge replacement project. The bridge will be closed through July.

Route C – CLOSED at the Panther Creek Bridge; bridge replacement project. The bridge will be closed through August.

Route 48 – From U.S. Route 169 to Route M (Andrew County) for shoulder work, June 22 – 24

Grundy County

Route V – From Route 6 to the Livingston County line for pothole patching, June 20 – 24

Harrison County

Route CC – CLOSED from E 320th Street to E 315th Street for a culvert replacement, June 20 – 23, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily

I-35 – Striping, June 20 – 24

Route P – From Route ZZ to U.S. Route 69 for pothole patching, June 23 – 24

Route CC – CLOSED from E 320th Street to E 330th Street for a culvert replacement on June 24, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Holt County

I-29 – At the Nodaway River Bridge, the northbound and southbound passing lanes for bridge maintenance, June 20 – 23. Includes overnight lane closures.

I-29 – Striping, June 20 – 24

Linn County

Route WW – At the Van Dorsen Creek Bridge for bridge maintenance, June 20 – 21

Route E – Pothole patching on June 21

Route JJ – Pothole patching on June 22

Route WW – Pothole patching on June 23

Livingston County

Route Z – From Route C to U.S. Route 65 for pothole patching, June 20 – 21

Route D – From U.S. Route 36 to Route C (Carroll County) for pothole patching, June 22 – 24

Nodaway County

Route V – At 290th Street; drainage repair, June 20 – 21

U.S. Route 71 – From Hawk Road to Icon Road; drainage work, June 21 – 23

U.S. Route 136 – Pothole patching, June 20 – 24

U.S. Route 71 – Northbound single lane closure at the White Cloud Creek Bridge, just north of the Andrew County line for a bridge re-deck project, June 20 – 24. This includes a 12-foot width restriction.

Mercer County

Route Z – CLOSED from Route M/Z to Bobcat Street for culvert replacement on June 20 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Route M – CLOSED from Route W to the Iowa state line for a culvert replacement on June 21 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Putnam County

Route NN – CLOSED from U.S. Route 136 to 120th Road for a culvert replacement, June 22 – 23, 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily.

Route W – Drainage work, June 20 – 24

Worth County

Route PP – One mile east of U.S. Route 169, culvert repair, June 20

Route 46 – One mile south of Route 246, culvert repair, June 21
