The Highway Patrol reports a Milan woman sustained minor injuries when the sports utility vehicle she drove struck ran off the road and struck a tree six miles east of Harris Saturday morning.
An ambulance transported 26-year-old Jamie Clark to the Sullivan County Memorial Hospital of Milan.
The SUV traveled west on Route E before it ran off the right side of the road and struck the tree.
The vehicle was totaled and the patrol notes Clark wore a seat belt.
The Sullivan County Sheriff’s Department, Milan Rural Fire Department, and Medicine Creek Rural Fire Department assisted at the scene of the crash.
