A Milan man was arrested Thursday afternoon by the Missouri State Highway Patrol in Sullivan County.
Fifty-nine-year-old Jack Blackburn was accused of alleged failure to register as a sex offender. His case also involved a motor vehicle, alleged possession of a controlled substance listed as tramadol, and speeding.
Blackburn was processed at the sheriff’s office before being released.
