The Mercer County Health Department will hold a Breast Cancer Awareness Luncheon next month.
The lunch will be served at Country Rentals in Princeton October 11th from noon to 1 o’clock and those attending will receive a free T-shirt.
The fee for the luncheon is $10.00 and those interested should RSVP by calling 660-748-3630.
The Mercer County Health Department will also conduct a Community Health Assessment next month. The survey will be mailed, and residents should receive it at the beginning of October. The health department encourages residents to complete the survey and return it in the included postage-paid envelope by November 1st.
The opinions shared will help the health department determine how to best direct resources, apply for funding, and organize programs.
