The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office has announced the “Friday’s Fugitive” for March 29.
Nicholas Robert Day, 42, is wanted on an active Grundy County probation violation arrest warrant related to an original charge of non-support. The sheriff’s office reports that he is believed to be in Trenton and is evading law enforcement.
Day is described as white, six feet one inch tall, and weighs 180 pounds. He has short, straight, brown hair.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is asked not to try and apprehend him, but to call the sheriff’s office at 660-359-2828 or submit a tip through the sheriff’s office app.
