His charges included felony resisting arrest by fleeing causing substantial risk, felony resisting arrest for a felony, operating a vehicle without a valid license, lacking insurance, and speeding. Later the same day, Jeffrey K Poston, 36, from Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested on charges of driving while suspended and for a misdemeanor warrant related to traffic violations issued by the St. Joseph Police Department. On March 27, Jacob D Perrine, a 26-year-old male also from Kansas City, Missouri, found himself behind bars facing charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, speeding, and two misdemeanor traffic warrants from Clay County. Devontae D Woodward, a 30-year-old male from Kansas City, Missouri, faced a Lee’s Summit misdemeanor traffic warrant, leading to his arrest on March 28. Woodward was detained at the Clinton County Sheriff’s Department, with his release being bondable.

Jimmie K Dankel, 53, from Fort Dodge, Iowa, faced charges of felony possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and speeding after his arrest on March 28. He was held at the Harrison County Law Enforcement Center under a 24-hour hold.
On the same day, Roderic R Daniel, 62, from St. Joseph, Missouri, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine—a felony, DWI due to drug intoxication, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. He was detained at the Law Enforcement Center on a 24-hour hold.

Jordyn L Castro, a 22-year-old female from New London, Missouri, faced charges of DWI with a person less than 17 years of age in the vehicle and resisting arrest. She was arrested on March 26 and held at the Marion County Jail under a 24-hour hold.
Timothy M Loucks, 40, from Revere, Missouri, was arrested on March 28 for felony tampering with a motor vehicle, felony leaving the scene of an accident, felony operating without a valid license, and failure to drive on the right half of the roadway. He was held at the Clark County Jail under a 24-hour hold.
Dimetri R Mattingly, a 26-year-old male from Moberly, Missouri, was apprehended on March 28 facing charges including a felony Randolph County warrant for probation violation, felony resisting arrest, speeding, displaying plates of another, and failing to register a motor vehicle. He was detained at the Randolph County Jail and his release was bondable.
Lastly, Christopher L Stover, 47, from Marshall, Missouri, was arrested on March 28 for felony possession of a controlled substance and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia. He was released from the Pettis County Sheriff’s Department.
