By 12:29 PM, our officers had apprehended a male suspect on an outstanding Livingston County Warrant. He was subsequently transported to the Caldwell County Detention Center.
Shortly after, at 12:43 PM, officers engaged with an individual regarding ongoing concerns of child abuse and neglect. The discussion led to the individual coming to the station, resulting in the arrest of one white female for child neglect. She was also taken to the Caldwell County Detention Center, pending formal charges.
At 3:31 PM, the department addressed a report of theft. Officers spoke with the complainant, and further investigation into the matter is pending.
Responding to a call at 5:43 PM, officers attended to a non-injury accident in the 2800 block of Shawnee Drive. All necessary information was collected for a comprehensive report.
By 7:03 PM, officers were providing advice to an individual concerning a civil matter, recommending consultation with an attorney for further assistance.
