The Highway Patrol in Daviess County took a Kansas City man into custody following an arrest Wednesday at 6:37 p.m.
Twenty-six-year-old Jacob Perrine has been accused of felony possession of a controlled substance and speeding. There are also two traffic warrants issued in Clay County.
Perrine was taken on a 24-hour hold to the Daviess-DeKalb Regional Jail in Pattonsburg.
