The Chillicothe City Council unanimously approved the hiring of a Chillicothe Street Department employee during an executive session Monday evening.
Street Commissioner Barry Arthur requested the approval of full-time employment for Elizabeth Osbon.
Osbon will begin her duties September 4th.
