Elegible voter numbers increase in Grundy County
There are 6,346 eligible voters in Grundy County for the April 4th election. That is 38 more eligible voters than in November and 181 more than last April. There are nine voting precincts for Grundy County, which are the same as in recent years.
Trenton man turns himself in at law enforcement center
The Grundy County Sheriff’s Office reports a Trenton man surrendered himself for violating his parole. Forty-four year old William Griffin surrendered at the Law Enforcement Center. He posted his bond, and he is scheduled for the Associate Division of circuit court April 25. Griffin was originally charged with third-degree assault and DWI with alcohol.
