Mercer County Public Water District has issued a precautionary boil advisory for some of its rural water customers.
Affected are all customers from the intersection of Arcadia Street and Highway 65, north along 65 to the Iowa-Missouri state line. Repairs were completed to a water main on Monday.
The precautionary advisory to boil water for cooking and drinking purposes extends until further notice.
